Our Services
We offer families a peaceful, private and dignified way to achieve closure to the loss of a loved one. With a capacity for groups up to 6 people, we ensure your ceremony is private and personal. Light refreshments, plates and cups are provided, but you are welcome to bring your choice of beverages. Flowers and specific music can be provided.
How It Works
Based in Jersey City just across from downtown Manhattan, we are close to the NJ turnpike and a short ferry or PATH ride from the city. The marina has ample parking. After boarding you can relax while your captain takes you out to the location of your service. Along the way you will have amazing views of NY harbor and the Statue of Liberty.
Our Qualifications
Your captain is US Coast Guard licensed, and has over 50 years of sailing experience. You can be assured your comfort, safety and peace of mind are the top priority when you engage our services.
Fandango is a 47 foot Catalina, one of the largest and most comfortable boats plying the waters of New York Harbor.
What to Expect
Once on board, you and your family have complete access to the boat. The large cockpit has comfortable seating for 6.Those who wish may walk about the deck, or find more comfortable options below where there is a comfy U shaped sofa. There is a bathroom for use as needed. The captain is at your service, and will make every effort to fulfill your wishes during this important event.
